When students graduate and enter the workforce, there are certain skills that employers will be expecting from them. If all of these items are followed, you will have no trouble holding a job that can be fulfilling and rewarding. Fall short on any one of them, and neither you nor your employer will be completely satisfied. It's up to you, and you alone to decide whether you want to subscribe to them. |
| Attendance | An employee cannot contribute to the Company's effort without consistent attendance. |
| Skills | An employee must possess the necessary basic job skills to enter a job and continually seek to further their professional education. |
| Team Work | An employee will be expected to effectively cooperate with others in the performance of their job assignments. |
| Attitude | An employee will be expected to maintain a positive, "can do" attitude in their performance of their job assignments. |
| Appearance | An employee will be expected to dress in the appropriate attire and maintain personal grooming consistent with the standards of the Company. |
| Communications | An employee will need to demonstrate proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills. |
| Ethical Behavior | An employee will need to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior in order to maintain the respect of fellow employees and the Company, both on and off of the job. |
| Responsibility | An employee will need to accept the personal responsibility to carry out the requirements of the job assigned to the best of their ability. |
| Accountability | An employee, having accepted the responsibility for an assignment, will be held personally accountable for its completion. |
| Dedication | An employee is expected to demonstrate a conscientious dedication to learn the jobs assigned. This will be an indication of the true worth of the employee to their job and the Company. |
